Wassail at Orchard Forest School

The Orchard Forest School are holding their annual Wassail at the Orchard on Saturday 11th January from 3pm – 5pm.

This lovely old tradition wakes the trees from their winter slumber and scares away evil spirits , blessing them with good health for the coming year and ensuring a good harvest.

Hot drinks available to purchase, warm mulled cider and hot chocolate, so please bring your own mug There’s also hot dogs and apple cake.  Torbay folk choir in attendance and noisy children are most welcome! Bring something to bang or shake like bells or make a shaker yourself at home.

Booking is essential, tickets cost £8 per person or £20 per family ( 2 adults & 2 children + £5 per additional adult or child from the same family).
