Dance and Meditation Class – Dance with Mindfulness

We are pleased to have a new Dance and Meditation class starting at Lupton every Thursday at 1.30pm for the next 6 weeks.
Run by the lovely Erica from Swing Out Swing Dance, this session aims to improve your breathing and keep your brain active, followed by a guided meditation to relax your mind and body.
The class is inclusive to all and seats will be provided if needed, please bring a blanket to keep yourself warm during meditation.
Classes are free so please come down and see what it’s about!
