Dance and Meditation Class – Dance with Mindfulness

We are pleased to have a new Dance and Meditation class starting at Lupton every Thursday at 1.30pm.
Run by the lovely Erica from Swing Out Swing Dance, this session aims to improve your breathing and keep your brain active, followed by a guided meditation to relax your mind and body.
The class is inclusive to all and seats will be provided if needed, please bring a blanket to keep yourself warm during meditation.
