Supported Learning
Four Seasons provide work, employment and life skills training for people with disabilities. Our base at Lupton House provides an ideal, safe and supportive learning environment. We develop people’s skills using outdoor practical tasks, horticulture and grounds maintenance. Positioned in the tranquil, therapeutic setting of Lupton House which is a grade 2 listed building nestling in beautiful parkland on the outskirts of Brixham.

Ongoing Development
We take a person centred approach. The training and support offered is tailored to meet the individual’s needs. People are individually assessed and ongoing assessments enable us to develop learning plans with people where they can achieve their goals.
People do not have to move onto employment but must be keen to develop aspects of their work, employment and life skills and want to be engaged in meaningful work related activities within the community.
