During the day you will experience the potential of therapeutic sound, learn how to safely use tuning forks for self care, explore how sound supports wellbeing and more…
The day includes supportive group space, course materials for use on the day, The Way of Reasonance ™ workbook and tea/coffee & water throughout the day
Please bring your own packed lunch and £3 for parking
