DESCRIPTION:The Orchard Forest School are holding their annual Wassail at the Orchard on Saturday 11th January from 3pm – 5pm. \nThis lovely old tradition wakes the trees from their winter slumber and scares away evil spirits \, blessing them with good health for the coming year and ensuring a good harvest. \nHot drinks available to purchase\, warm mulled cider and hot chocolate\, so please bring your own mug There’s also hot dogs and apple cake.  Torbay folk choir in attendance and noisy children are most welcome! Bring something to bang or shake like bells or make a shaker yourself at home. \nBooking is essential\, tickets cost £8 per person or £20 per family ( 2 adults & 2 children + £5 per additional adult or child from the same family). \nPlease contact :  orchardforestsch@gmail.com   for tickets.

DESCRIPTION:We are pleased to have a new Dance and Meditation class starting at Lupton every Thursday at 1.30pm for the next 6 weeks. \nRun by the lovely Erica from Swing Out Swing Dance\, this session aims to improve your breathing and keep your brain active\, followed by a guided meditation to relax your mind and body. \nThe class is inclusive to all and seats will be provided if needed\, please bring a blanket to keep yourself warm during meditation. \nClasses are free so please come down and see what it’s about!
