Crystal Healing Bed Session

Photo of crystal bed

What is a crystal bed?
The crystal bed concept was channelled through John of God by Spiritual Healing Doctors. The crystal bed has seven specially aligned Vogel Crystals, each one cut to the frequency of our Spiritual energy centres known as Chakras. Chakras provide energy to our physical body.

How does it work?
The vibrations of the crystals resonate like the water does in our cells and tissues. The sick cells receive this healing vibration and gradually repeating the treatment will recover into healthy cells and organs.

Benefits
Rebalance your vivid energy. Stimulates development of Spiritual awareness. Cleanse, purifies and lifts blockages of energetic centres. Influences positive cell communication. Releases negative emotions, transforms them into positive. Harmonises your Chakras and gives inner peace. Prevents restoring an old health condition or getting a new one.

How do I book a session?
Sessions are 30 minutes for £25 and are bookable in the office at Lupton.
Please pay when booking.

“Good health is a blessing, and with it so much becomes possible. "May we recognise that our well-being is inextricabily linked with the well-being of the world." We may not fully appreciate this until our health declines. We are fortunate to have access to a health care system which can help to restore good health. However, there are many dimensions to health – physical, mental, spiritual and emotional – and scientific medicine may not be able to bring balance to all of these.
There is much we can do for ourselves to improve and maintain our health and well-being, particularly when we have an awareness of our place in the world and our interrelationship.”

By focusing on sustainable health within a natural environment through a variety of
workshops dedicated to art, music, movement and spiritual development etc., there
is substantial global evidence that this social interaction with nature is seeing some
of the most important advances in public health.

“The part can never be well unless the whole is well.” ~Plato

The Big Tree

The times we live in demand us to change, to remember our lost connections to the Earth, to each other and our souls.

The Path to remembrance cannot be made alone. The ancient Wisdom Keepers - who predicted these times of turbulence - have left a legacy of truths for us to follow.
Perennial wisdom has been held by a few throughout the ages and like an underground stream, it fountains into our collective human consciousness in times of need.
This is such a time.
It has always been know that changes from within are the way to effect changes without. Change starts with the individual-cell, human, society, nation, world.

The Garden

"The greatest wealth is health."
- Virgil

"Compassion is the common thread with which the tapestries of each of your lives is interwoven. For in truth there is only one of us."
- Rasha

"I go to nature to be soothes and healed, and to have my senses put in order."
- John Burroughs

"There is something infinitely healing in the repeated refrains of nature - the assurance that dawn comes after night, and spring after winter."
- Rachel Carson
