TAOIST QI SUNDAYS at LUPTON HOUSE
Brixham Road, Churston Ferrers, Devon TQ5 0LD

Monthly all day sessions with the 5 Elements for rejuvenation, nourishment & relaxation in the beautiful indoor and outdoor environment of Lupton House.
Taoist breathwork, meditation, Inner Smile, Healing Sounds and Qigong movements harmonise the internal energy pathways of the body with outdoor practice to expand the deeply healing experience.

All days are suitable for complete beginners or those experienced in Qi practice and for best benefits are booked as a series of Sundays though can be experienced singly as we explore a different Chinese Element each session. The practices encourage deep relaxation to clear internal space and release blockage so that Qi (or Chi) flows more easily around the body to bring more vitality, harmonise the emotions, dissolve stress and raise the spirits. We slow right down to nourish the inner landscape and our core with inner alchemy…

You need to bring a mat, blanket and cushion (comfort is essential for the lying down indoor relaxations!), packed lunches & water (refreshments of tea and coffee are provided), footwear and clothing to allow for outdoor practice.

About Jeanne:

I recently moved to beautiful South Devon and share practices learnt on an ever evolving 30 year journey of Taoist breath meditation, Qigong movement, healing sounds and ceremony with individuals and groups of all ages. Common threads running through all my teaching encourage a meaningful connection with the body, Qi universal life energy and nature for nourishment, well being and transforming stress into relaxed flow.

In 2000 I initiated the Life Spheres Programme for children and young people, a toolkit of practices that combines Qi movements and meditation with creative arts for resilience, well being and to harmonise emotional, physical, mental and spiritual health. Other work includes artwork ‘Vibrant Life’ and ‘Elements of Nature’, creating music ‘Ancient Voices’ CD, facilitating Resonant Soundbath  Experiences, Tuning Fork Therapy and Living Astrology.
